Review of Perfumes Club UK

A few weeks ago I was contacted by a lovely lady from Perfumes Club asking me if I'd like to place an order from their website. Perfumes Club is an online based perfumery shop with over 4000 products ranging from perfumes to high end makeup to hair products from major brands and much more with savings of up to 75% off the RRP. I made an order to get a feel for the site and to experience the service that Perfumes Club provides. Navigating and searching the site was easy and the order process was simple from start to end. All major payment methods are accepted including Paypal (which is something I always look for) and there is an option of bank transfer too which is an added bonus to the site.

I chose a total of five products from the website ranging from perfumes to makeup to hair care. Shipping is a flat cost of £6.90 but if you spend over £130 shipping is free. Even with the shipping fee there are still great savings to be had when you compare what you’d pay for the products at their RRP (recommended retail price). After placing my order with Perfumes Club I received a confirmation email with my order details and then another one after my package had been dispatched with a tracking number for my package. My order arrived via UPS which is handy because you get a tracking number and a guaranteed day for delivery. When my address details had to be amended due to an incorrect postcode (a mistake on my behalf), I found Customers Service really friendly and understanding and they contacted UPS to amend the postcode on my behalf. It took around a week from me placing the order for my goods to arrive.

Here are the products I chose:

Ralph by Ralph Lauren 30ml* (£22.14) This fragrance takes me back to my teenage years when I used to wear this scent a lot. I can remember this being one of the very first perfumes that I owned and to this day I still love the smell of it. It is a great spring or summer scent as it’s light and fresh. The main scents are floral and fruit.

Eternity by Calvin Klein 30ml* (£19.04) I have always wanted to try this perfume and when I saw it at this price I’d be a fool not to have snapped it up. The top notes are freesia, mandarin and sage.

Maybelline One by One Mascara in Black* (£6.99) Being the mascara junkie that I am it is no surprise that this mascara found its way to me. I’ve heard great things about this mascara and after seeing it for a cheaper price I’d of been a fool not to have got it.

Schwarzkopf Smooth Shine Conditioner 200ml* (£4.14) & Schwarzkopf Bonacure Repair Rescue Total Repair Treatment* (£5.76) Schwarkopf stuff seems to be something you can only buy from certain places here so when I saw that Perfumes Club stocked Schwarkopf products I decided to try a few other products out. After trying some of products from the Schwarzkopf Bonacure Repair Rescue range, I decided to try some more conditioning products. I picked up this conditioner as I've been searching for a new conditioner and I decided to try the hair treatment to see if it will perform any miracles on my hair.

I saved a total of £30ish off the RRP just from five items. I’d recommend Perfumes Club for anyone looking for discounted perfumes as they tend to be on the pricer side here in the UK.

Have you ordered from Perfumes Club before?

  1. I've had a browse of their website before and it looks good but I'd probably have to wait until I knew of enough products that I wanted to buy. I don't know what it is, but high shipping costs really get to me so buying 1/2 items wouldn't be worth it. Definitely want to try some Schwarzkopf products though. :)

  2. I have been wanting to try the Maybeline one by one for agesss. :) do write a review!

  3. Nice picks! I love buying perfumes and really like to collect the bottles when I'm done with them, but it takes me so long to finish a bottle.

  4. I'd love to try Ralph Lauren perfumes one day! Especially since I love floral bases perfumes. :)
